Rob Wiltbank

Rob has been involved with the marching arts for over 35 years. He is an educator, technician, composer, and adjudicator. He has performed, instructed, and composed for ensembles performing in DCI, WGI, MAPS, and TOB/TIA.

What I Do

Education

Rob is currently the Director of Percussion at Delaware Technical Community College, and a Snare Tech for the Imperial Dynasty Arts Program. In his career in the marching arts, he has worked with dozens of units, and secured multiple championship titles.

Performance

Rob has performed with the Jersey Surf and Westshoremen Drum & Bugle Corps. He's also played snare for the Philadelphia Eagles and Baltimore Ravens drumlines, in additional to performing with the Dover Symphony, Brandywine Pops Orchestra, and the Diamond State Concert Band.

Composition

Rob composes exercise packs and battery scores tailored for programs of all grade levels. His experience working with world class front ensemble composers and groups from 20 to 200 members allows him to write comprehensive music to suit any ensemble.

Consulting

Rob provides consultation for marching arts programs in the tristate area, giving insights and feedbackon show design, conceptual elements, battery and front ensemble scoring, instructional clinics for staff and students, as well as show evaluations as it relates to adjudication captions.
