Building Stronger Performers and Programs
For more than 35 years, Rob Wiltbank has contributed to the marching arts as an educator, adjudicator, percussionist, composer, program designer, and organizational leader. His work has reached performers at the high school, collegiate, indoor percussion, drum corps, and professional levels.
Rob’s approach is grounded in clear communication, purposeful rehearsal strategies, actionable feedback, and positive leadership. Whether he is developing an instructional staff, directing an ensemble, evaluating a performance, or mentoring a new adjudicator, his goal is to create lasting growth rather than simply improve one performance.
He currently serves as Staff Coordinator for the Imperial Dynasty Arts Program, Director of Percussion for the Delaware Tech Performance Drumline, an adjudicator and percussion adjudication trainer with the National Judges Association, and a member of the Jersey Surf Board of Directors.
Rob is also a member of the Vic Firth Education Team and Zildjian Education Team and is a trained Remo HealthRHYTHMS facilitator. These partnerships expand his ability to support music education, percussion development, wellness, and meaningful group experiences.
The measure of meaningful impact is not only what happens in performance, but what performers and educators carry forward afterward.

Providing clear, constructive evaluation through the National Judges Association while training and mentoring developing percussion adjudicators.
