About Rob
Music educator, adjudicator, percussionist, and arts leader dedicated to helping performers and programs grow through thoughtful instruction, positive leadership, and meaningful musical experiences.
Over the past 35 years, I have built my career around educating performers, developing programs, supporting instructional teams, and advancing excellence in percussion and ensemble performance.
My experience spans high school, NFL drumlines, collegiate, indoor percussion, drum corps, adjudication, composition, program design, and organizational leadership. Whether working with a developing student, guiding an instructional staff, evaluating an ensemble, or supporting an arts organization, my focus remains the same: clear communication, purposeful education, and meaningful growth.
Successful programs are built by creating clear expectations, giving performers useful and actionable feedback, and providing an environment where people feel both supported and challenged. My goal is not simply to improve the next performance, but to help students, educators, and organizations build skills and practices that continue to serve them well into the future.

For more than three decades, Rob has worked with performers, educators, ensembles, and organizations across indoor percussion, marching band, drum corps, collegiate programs, NFL drumlines, and professional adjudication.

His approach combines clear expectations, practical feedback, strong rehearsal systems, and a commitment to creating positive environments where performers and educators can succeed.
